Dubai housing prices continue to decline
July 26, 2010In June, the price index for residential buildings in the emirate dropped by 0.4%, compared to the preceding month.
The cost of houses declined by 2.2%, while apartment prices have climbed up by 0.7%, Arabian Business reports, citing data from the joint study of the REIDIN.com portal and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
We would like to remind you, that in May, Dubai housing prices have decreased by 1.2% compared with April, and the decline was observed in both market segments.
In Q2 apartments in the emirate have depreciated by 5.3%, in comparison to the same period last year. Prices for villas have increased by 7%.
