Transactions with Estonian property are on the rise
July 05, 2010In Q2, the indicator soared by 25%, compared to the same period last year.
In quarterly terms, the indicator’s increase has become the most rapid since the beginning of 2006, The Baltic Course reports with reference to data provided by Bloomberg.
Overall value of property transactions concluded over April-June had amounted to €23.8 million, which exceeds the last year’s indicators by 12%.
According to Ober-Haus company, the number of transactions with Estonian apartments concluded in Q1 has increased by 19%, year-on-year, while their prices surged by 47%.
