Housing prices decline in Dubai

In May, the index of home prices in the emirate has climbed down by 1.2%, compared to the preceding month.

Residential property prices have declined by 0.6%, while flat cheapened by 2.9%, Arabian Business reports with reference to a joint study by Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and the Dubai Land Department (DLD). 

In comparison to May 2009, Dubai housing prices have climbed up slightly, gaining 0.3%. 

We would like to remind you that, according to Jones Lang LaSalle, housing prices in the emirate have increased by 1%, Q1 to Q2.
