Dutch secondary housing prices remain stable
March 22, 2010In February, the average cost of residential properties on the secondary market has climbed up by 0.2%, compared to January.
In comparison to February 2009, the figure has declined by 4.2%, according to a joint by the Dutch Statistical and Land Offices.
8.9 thousand secondary properties have been sold in the country over the past month. This exceeds the December levels by 15.4%. In comparison to the last February the indicator has increased by 0.1%.

We would like to remind you that the January dynamics of Dutch property prices is comparable to February. In terms of the number of transactions with secondary housing, the indicator has decreased in January, both on monthly and annual basis.
