Minsk apartments appreciate

Over the past month, one-bedroom apartment in the Belarusian capital have gained 2%, two-room flats have appreciated by 1%, prices for three-and four-room apartments have increased by 1.8% and 2.8%, respectively. The average asking price has varied between $1,385-1,492 per a sq. m, said.
The cheapest secondary flats offered in Zavodskoy and Moscovskiy districts have cost $1,266 and $1,341 per square. m, respectively. Prices in Minsk downtown have amounted to $1,649 per a sq. m, while the city average is $1,408.
We would like to remind you the average transaction prices have increased by 6% in October, in monthly terms, while the difference between this indicator and asking prices has approached to the normal level of 4-5%.
