Armenian housing has become cheaper

The price of a square meter in this segment has varied between 155.3-501.2 Armenian drams ($430-1400) and has averaged in Yerevan at the level of 302.4 thousand drams ($ 840).
43 private homes have been sold Armenian capital in May 2009, which is 63.2% less than during the same period last year, reports, with reference to data provided by State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre.
