Hungary plans to develop industrial real estate
June 11, 2009Hungarian authorities will provide 50 billion forints (€180 million) to build new industrial zones by the end of 2010.
Hungarian Minister of Economy and Development, László Varjú, has claimed that 17 billion forints (€ 61 million) have already been allocated for the construction of industrial parks in 2009. 38.6 billion forints (€ 138.5 million) have been paid out in support Hungarian industrial real estate over the past two years.
Currently there are 206 industrial parks, their total floor area amounts to 12 000 hectares. 3 600 enterprises, which employ 200 000 people are located in these parks, the reports.
