From now on new property placing rules are in effect on “Prian.ru – International Property”. Their maintenance will provide the relevance and certainty of the offers placed on our portal.

Rules:

1. Any information, published by the Customer on the Site must be authentic and topical.
2. Subscriber has a right to publish only the information corresponding with the Site’s thematic. That said the Customer may publish the information regarding the properties that are being leased or marketed only on the pages dedicated to property units (with such type of url: http://prian.eu/price/157084.html); on “company pages” (with such type of url: http://prian.eu/company/3184.html) it is only possible to publish the information regarding the company offering properties for lease or purchase.
3. The information published on the Site must not contain any expletives or images of erotic character.
4. The subscriber has a right to post the information on only one property unit on the so called “property description page” (URL type: http://prian.ru/price/133802.html)
5. It is strictly forbidden to place external links leading to resources unassociated with Prian.ru portal on “property description pages” of the Portal (URL such as: http://prian.eu/price/133802.html).
6. While publishing his/hers information on the Site a subscriber is required to observe the requirements of Russian Legislation, legislation operating in countries where the Customer conducts business and provides advertising services; requirements of legislation of the countries where the advertised properties are located.

Listing properties without specifying the price or specifying a patently false value of a unit is also forbidden on the Portal. Such offers may be blocked by the Portal’s administration.

Guidelines:

From 19 of August, 2008 all properties with information not updated for more than one month will be deactivated automatically and become invisible to users. We provide an opportunity for our subscribers to get ready for the introduction of new rules: check up the relevance of offers already placed on our site, have a look at the changes in the administrative console for the subscribers, ask our technical support service all the questions arisen. We recommend you to delete the properties that were sold and update the obsolete information.

Currently we have brought in the status system that will help you to figure the relevance of your offers.

Let’s look at these statuses:

– on-line

The property is active and visible to site users.
We pay your attention that from 19 of August, 2008 all properties with information not updated for more than one month will be deactivated automatically and become invisible to users.
To avoid this, please update the information about your properties using the Refresh button or editing the property description.
(These properties are highlighted green)

– on-line, update time expiring

The property description was updated more than two weeks ago. We recommend you to change the description if obsolete or press the Refresh button if the information is still relevant.
(These properties are highlighted yellow)

– off-line, property description expired

The property description is obsolete. The information was updated more than one month ago.
We recommend you to change the description if obsolete or press the Refresh button if the information is still relevant. If the property is sold, we recommend you to delete it.
(These properties are highlighted red)

Now you can see the current status of your offers in your administrative console. A number of properties of every status are noted above the list of properties. We recommend you to pay attention to the properties that have “On-line, update time expiring” and “Off-line, property description expired” status, because they need updates.

We pay your attention that from 19 of August, 2008 the automatic deactivation mechanism for the offers with obsolete descriptions will start working on Prian.ru.

All off-line offers will be deactivated automatically. To return your offers to the portal, please edit or update the necessary properties.
For this purpose special navigation buttons and filter systems were brought in. Using our new special coloured tabs you can choose the offers with different statuses.
